Who operates this site

RAUNEM is the name under which Sergey Borovkov operates this site. RAUNEM is not a separate incorporated entity. Sergey Borovkov decides how and why the information described in this notice is used (the data controller). Contact: hello@raunem.com.

Information processed when you visit

This is a static website. It has no contact form, and the site itself does not set cookies. RAUNEM does not currently run analytics on the site, and does not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking or fingerprinting.

The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. As part of hosting, delivering and protecting the site, Cloudflare may process technical request and security information, such as your IP address, the URL you request, timestamps, and network and security metadata. That processing happens on Cloudflare’s infrastructure and is governed by Cloudflare’s own terms and privacy policy.

Information you send by email

Contact is by email only. Messages sent to hello@raunem.com are handled by Sergey Borovkov. What we receive is what you choose to send, which may include your name and email address, the content of your message, any attachments, and other information you supply voluntarily. Please don’t send more than is needed to describe your enquiry.

Email is delivered and stored using Proton Mail. Contact emails and their contents are not currently sent to AI systems for automated processing. If that changes, this notice will be updated.

How information is used

Information you send is used to read and reply to your message; to discuss potential work; to carry out and administer work if we proceed together; to keep the site and email service secure; and to meet applicable legal and accounting obligations.

Service providers

• Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery, and network and security services for this site.
• Proton Mail: email delivery and storage for hello@raunem.com.

Cloudflare and Proton process information on their infrastructure as needed to provide these services, under their applicable terms and privacy practices. This may involve processing in countries other than yours.

Retention

An ordinary enquiry that does not become an engagement is kept for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact. If an enquiry becomes a commercial or client relationship, relevant information is kept for as long as that relationship needs it, and for as long as legal and accounting obligations require.

We can delete information earlier on reasonable request, where there is no continuing need or legal reason to keep it.

Your requests

To ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to raise a question about how it is used, email hello@raunem.com. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law and may ask you to verify your identity first. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice as the site or the way we work changes; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions about it can go to hello@raunem.com.
